Our privacy principles:  We are committed to protecting our clients’ personal and financial information. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide services to you.  This privacy statement addresses what personal information we collect, what we do with it, and how we protect it.

  • Information we receive from you on applications, letters of engagement, forms found on your website, correspondence, or conversations, including but not limited to, your name, address, social security number, taxpayer identification number, income and expenses associated with the subject property, construction of the subject property, sales price of the subject property, and details of financing on the subject property; and

  • Information about your transactions with us, or affiliates, or others, including but not limited to payment history, parties to transactions, and other financial history.

We may disclose nonpublic personal information about you to the following types of third parties:

  • Financial service providers, such as mortgage bankers, mortgage brokers, lenders, and insurance agents;

  • Non-financial companies who we request verify the accuracy of information you have provided to us;

  • Others necessary to effect, administer or enforce a transaction with you; and

  • We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to nonaffiliated third parties as required or permitted by law.
