Carolina Farm Credit is opening a new branch office in Conover, N.C. to serve Catawba County. The Conover branch will replace the Carolina Farm Credit office currently located at 222 West A. St. in Newton, N.C. The new location is conveniently located at 1109 Conover Blvd., East, on Highway 70 across the street from the Conover YMCA, and is scheduled to open on April 22, 2014. The Newton office will close on April 21, 2014.

“The new building and location will allow us to enhance customer service and better meet the needs of our Catawba County customers,” said Vance C. Dalton, Jr., CEO of Carolina Farm Credit.
The staff of the Conover office includes Rick Greenhill, Principal Real Estate Appraiser; Carolyn Holt, Service Center Coordinator; Jeremy Lee, Loan Officer; and Jill Sigmon, Loan Officer. The office is supervised by Gary Hastings, Regional Lending Manager.
Carolina Farm Credit is a stockholder-owned cooperative providing financing to full and part-time farmers and agricultural-related businesses and also provides financing for the construction and purchase of homes in 54 counties through 36 branch offices. Other financial services available are credit life insurance, crop insurance, appraisal services, leasing programs and financial planning.
